    Matrix is ​​the core component of signal transmission in video and audio projects. To use these matrices, pay attention to the following points:

 

    1. In audio and video (video & audio) projects, digital equipment and analog equipment should be kept away from installation to avoid digital equipment affecting analog equipment. The effect on the audio part is howling and noise. Disturbance on the video part appears as clutter in the image.

 

    2. Digital ground and analog ground should be connected with chassis ground respectively. Signal ground and shield ground cannot be connected together. For example, the VGA3 + 4-core cable has two layers of shielding inside and outside. The inner shield is the analog signal ground that shields the RGB signal lines and should be connected to the signal ground; the outer shield is the outermost layer and should be connected to the shell ground.

 

    3. Digital power ground and analog power ground cannot be interconnected nearby. They should be connected separately and then connected to the earth.

 

    4. When the Matrix is ​​connected to different input and output devices, the entire system must share the same ground. Avoid the ground potential difference between the devices, so that the entire audio and video system cannot work normally.

 

    5. Matrix Switches

 

    It is a signal high-fidelity forwarding switching device. There is no signal attenuation and amplification function. If the signal needs attenuation or amplification, additional equipment is required. An audio and video (video & audio) project must consider the attenuation and driving of the image when the signal is transmitted over a long distance. Temporary addition of equipment during construction is avoided, system performance is reduced, construction costs are increased, and the burden of human and financial resources on users and construction parties is increased.

 

    6. Domestic Matrix Switches

 

    It has reached the broadcasting standard, the signal-to-noise ratio is very high, and the device itself does not generate audio noise and video noise. The key is whether the construction plan is thoughtful.
